A complete overhaul of their Salesforce Marketing Cloud eDM templates: placing artist storytelling, brand consistency, and fan loyalty at the centre. Working closely with the local team, we interpreted Sony’s global brand platform through an Australian lens – ensuring every touchpoint felt both on-brand and locally resonant.
Sony Music’s brand toolkit of express dots was elevated with subtle animations and interactive elements. This approach strikes the right balance between energy and elegance, enabling immersive, high-impact campaigns that capture the vibrancy of Sony’s artists—without compromising deliverability or performance.
A suite of modular, UX-led templates empower Sony’s team to move fast while staying visually and tonally consistent. Built for flexibility, the templates allow marketers to spotlight new releases, tours, and exclusive content with ease, with a key component being a push through to Sony’s merch and music sales website On Repeat.
