Valvoline is an iconic brand, not only within the Oil and Lubricants category, but also within the broader culture of motor-vehicles. Now is the time for Valvoline to consolidate its position as the pre-eminent oil for this next age.
Pitch work for Valvoline rebrand. Using design principles for Valvoline that reflect the characteristics that make Valvoline products so successful, alongside inspiration from Valvoline’s iconic assets and the visual vernacular of engines.
The potential for a recognisable, custom typeface that takes its inspiration from both the Valvoline logo, that feels scientific, progressive and modern when communicating on product or platform.
Patterns speak to an inherent sense of motion and progression and a UI palette that inherits the frictionless fluidity and scientific precision of Volvoline’s products
